Unazuki Onsen is promoting community development by consummating the local energy resources. Have constructed small scale hydropower generation facility utilizing the regional water resources. The generated electricity is used for charging the battery of Low-Velocity Electric Bus (EMU) which is roaming around the Unazuki Onsen and lighting public hall’s passage adjacent to the power station.
